The first run of the year to the Horseshoe Pass was blessed with fine weather and a record 17 cars arrived for lunch
at the Ponderosa cafe. The run to the pass was hampered by bank holiday
traffic but the cafe was surprisingly uncrowded. Some members then
enjoyed a run on some of the relatively empty Welsh roads before
returning home.
