There was a big departure from tradition when the
National Kit Car Show moved to Malvern from Stoneleigh where it had
been for more years than I can remember.
The new venue was generally voted a success by most people as
Stoneleigh had become very run down. Malvern is smart and less spread
out which helps a communal feel for the club stands. There was a good
turnout of clubs although the number of manufacturers exhibiting was
disappointing
